PRODUCT & INGREDIENTS

Are your candles clean?

Our candles are made with a natural soy-blend wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks — and are always free from parabens, phthalates, and dyes.

Are the fragrances safe?

Yes. Every fragrance we use follows IFRA safety standards when used as directed in candles.

Are your candles hand-poured?

Yes — each candle is poured in small batches in the USA to ensure consistency and quality.

What does “Ritual” mean on my candle?

Each candle includes a simple, optional 30-second grounding moment — a quiet invitation to reset, not a rule or requirement.


BURNING & CARE

How long should I burn my candle?

We recommend burning 2–4 hours at a time. Extinguish once about ½″ of wax remains.

Do I need to trim the wick?

Yes — trim to ¼″ before each burn to reduce soot and ensure an even flame.

Why is my candle tunneling?

First burn matters. Allow the melt pool to reach the edges (usually 2–3 hours) to prevent tunneling.

Are your vessels reusable?

Yes — after the candle is finished, clean out remaining wax and reuse for décor, storage, or plants.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, and arrive in 3–7 business days depending on location.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

We carefully package every order — but if something arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at support@elvrahome.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Do you accept returns?

For safety reasons, we cannot accept used candles — but if something isn’t right, contact us. Customer happiness matters to us, and we’ll review case by case.


GIFTING

Can I send a gift directly?

Yes — add your recipient’s address at checkout. You may also include a personalized note.

Do orders include pricing inside the box?

No — packing slips never show prices.
