Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
During launches or holidays, processing time may extend slightly — thank you for your patience.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — join our newsletter for updates.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging — but breakage can occasionally happen in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please email us within 7 days at support@elvrahome.com with:
• your order number
• photos of the box and damaged item
• a short description of what happened
We’ll review right away and make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
Because candles are consumable goods, we’re unable to accept returns of used or burned candles.
However — your experience matters to us.
If something feels off (fragrance, performance, incorrect item, etc.), contact us at support@elvrahome.com within 14 days, and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

We can make changes only before an order has shipped.
